Gibson Les Paul 1956 - Goldtop

Up for grabs is one of the best 1956 Gold Top on the planet !!! sounds and plays amazing incredible Mojo!! here’s a real kicker , Although there's no documentation, the guitar formerly belonged to Mick Ralphs of Bad Company. The story goes, that Mick traded the guitar in 1981 for a 1958 Burst. We purchased the guitar from the next owner who it ever since . As for the guitar itself, there are no cracks or repairs.. The alterations are Grover tuners and routed to accommodate humbuckers and at some point there was a Bigsby added and taken off,. an original stop tail 56 with the original stop tail piece and studs.. . The guitar currently has a repro ABR-1 bridge. annd original PAT sticker Humbuckers that sound out of this world good. Put some real PAF's in and you got yourself a $200k guitar!

Oh if this guitar could talk!! It's truly a spectacular playing and sounding Goldtop. The T-Tops are perfectly balanced, incredibly clear, and it rings for days. It's so unbelievably resonant. And the neck is to die for! It's super smooth and worn in. Playability is exceptional, with consistent low playing action. It measures .925" at the 1st fret, and .975" at the 12th fret. And we haven't even talked about how cool it looks! If you're into vibe and mojo that is. The pictures speak for themselves. The guitar comes with a high quality Gibson Les Paul Brown case.
