This Fender Custom Shop Postmodern Telecaster takes the classic ’52 Tele formula and gives it a seriously distinctive twist. Finished in aged Black with a Journeyman Relic treatment, it has the look and feel of a well-played vintage instrument without going over the top.

The ash body is hollowed and fitted with an F-hole, giving the guitar a slightly more open and resonant character than a traditional solid Tele. A Bigsby B5 adds another layer of personality, perfect for subtle vibrato, shimmering chords and vintage-inspired textures.

A pair of hand-wound Tomatillo Tele pickups keep the fundamental Tele character intact, with plenty of snap, clarity and bite, while still sounding warm and musical when you back things off. The ’57-style Soft V maple neck gives it a substantial vintage feel in the hand, combined with a comfortable 9.5" radius that makes it very easy to play.
