ESP LTD MH-1000B Baritone Guitar Black Satin B-Stock

ESP LTD MH-1000B Baritone Guitar Black Satin B-Stock

The MH-1000B delivers the weight and response expected from a 27" baritone scale instrument, with an extra-thin U-contoured neck that rewards speed and precision across the fretboard. Neck-thru construction anchors this guitar with exceptional sustain and stability, essential for the low-end aggression and harmonic clarity demanded by metal and progressive players. This B-Stock unit is fully functional with only minor cosmetic imperfections—a genuine opportunity to own a professional-grade ESP LTD at a reduced price.

Playability & Construction

The 3-piece maple neck with extra-thin U contour and Macassar ebony fingerboard provide fast, comfortable access across the 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. A 300-400mm compound fingerboard radius accommodates both flat lead lines and aggressive chording without dead spots, while neck-thru body construction ensures maximum sustain and resonance from every note.

Tone & Electronics

EMG 81 bridge pickup and EMG 60TW-R neck pickup with coil splitting deliver the articulate aggression required for modern heavy tunings, with brushed black chrome covers and active circuitry for consistency and punch. The push/pull tone control splits the neck pickup on demand, expanding tonal range from crushing rhythm to articulate lead textures without sacrificing the low-end authority that defines the baritone platform.

As a B-Stock instrument it carries a minor factory cosmetic blemish — a small finish mark with no effect on playability, tone or structure — which is why it sells for less than a first-quality unit. The exact blemish varies from unit to unit, so it is not described or pictured here; photos show the model, not the individual unit. It is new, unplayed and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
