Vintage 1962 Selmer Truvoice Twin Selectortone 2x12 Valve Amplifier Combo 1960s

This was the top of the line 1960s Selmer model, the Twin Selectortone. It has everything going for it, and no expenses spared. In 15 years of doing this, I've only ever seen one other! I found this one with the long term owner, stored away. As soon as I got it, it went straight to my tech for a restoration job as it was missing the speakers and had remnants of woodworm. Some distant owner painted the box in black, but kept the front vynair grill cloth original, along with all the knobs, handle and even the often missing brass vent. My tech has restored this to a high standard, including replacing the speakers for some Celestion G12T-75. All original transformers are inside, along with a mixture of original Mullard and replacement valves. Circuitboard has had the necessary replacements done, and it now plays very well.
