It is an aftermarket cone (don’t know if the “ribbed” speaker cone is correct at all).
As to whether the voice coil was replaced, I don’t know as this was in my Uncle’s collection of stuff (Big Time into JBLs) The voice-coil would not have been replaced if it was still good.
Speaker is missing the back emblem plate, (typical of speakers that are legitimate JBLs but loaded into certain vintage speaker cabinets.)
The dust cap was replaced and is a little goofy I admit.
