About this listing
Schecter Reaper-6 Electric Guitar in Satin Charcoal Burst
The Reaper-6 is built for speed and comfort, with an ultra-thin neck profile and set-neck construction that makes extended playing sessions feel effortless. The Satin Charcoal Burst finish delivers visual sophistication alongside practical fingerprint resistance. This is a workhorse instrument designed for players who demand both ergonomic precision and reliable performance in modern rock and metal contexts.
Playability & Feel
The Ultra Thin "C" neck measures 0.748" at the 1st fret and 0.787" at the 12th fret, enabling rapid position shifts and comfortable hand placement across long sessions. The Maple/Walnut multi-ply neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rods maintains stability while the set-neck with Ultra Access design balances structural integrity with easy upper-fret access; combined with a 25.5" scale, 24 X-Jumbo frets, and a 14" fretboard radius, this setup accommodates both lead work and complex chord voicings.
Tone & Electronics
Dual Schecter Diamond Decimator pickups at the bridge and neck deliver articulate, punchy output tailored for modern high-gain applications. The Schecter Custom Hardtail bridge with string-through-body design maximizes sustain and tonal clarity, while volume, push-pull tone control, and a 3-way switch provide flexible tonal shaping across the frequency spectrum.
