About this listing
Godin Stadium ’59 Desert Green RN – Made in CanadaCondition: Excellent. The guitar is absolutely new and unplayed, with no signs of use. It has been carefully stored since purchase. The Godin Stadium ’59 is a distinctive Canadian-made electric guitar that combines vintage-inspired styling with modern playability and a highly versatile pickup configuration.Finished in Desert Green High Gloss, the guitar features a Canadian Laurentian Basswood body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, paired with a fully adjustable vintage-style Custom T ashtray bridge with brass saddles. The pickup configuration is one of the standout features of the Stadium ’59.In the neck position, it uses a Seymour Duncan ’59 SH-1n humbucker, delivering warm, full and articulate tones with the character of a classic PAF-style pickup. At the bridge, Godin uses its own Custom Cajun single-coil, providing the clarity, bite and definition associated with a traditional T-style bridge pickup.Together with the 5-way selector and Godin’s H.D.R. (High Definition Revoicer) circuit, this gives the Stadium ’59 a remarkably broad tonal range, covering everything from bright and articulate single-coil sounds to fuller humbucker tones. The modern 12" fingerboard radius, comfortable maple neck and 25.5" scale make the guitar easy to play while retaining a distinctly vintage-inspired character.SpecificationsModel: Godin Stadium ’59 Desert Green RNMade in CanadaRight-Handed6-StringBody: Canadian Laurentian BasswoodNeck: MapleFingerboard: RosewoodFingerboard Radius: 12" / 304.8 mmScale Length: 25.5" / 647.7 mmNut Width: 1.65" / 41.91 mmNut: GraphtechFrets: 22Neck Pickup: Seymour Duncan ’59 SH-1n HumbuckerBridge Pickup: Godin Custom Cajun Single-CoilControls: 1x Volume, 1x Tone, 5-Way Pickup SelectorH.D.R.: Godin High Definition RevoicerBridge: Custom T Fully Adjustable Ashtray Bridge with Brass SaddlesMachine Head Ratio: 18:1Finish: Desert Green High GlossFactory Strings: .010 / .013 / .017 / .026 / .036 / .046Includes: Original Godin Electric Guitar Gig BagThe Stadium ’59 is an excellent choice for players who want the feel and response of a vintage-inspired single-cut guitar but with a much broader tonal range than a traditional two-single-coil design. The combination of the Seymour Duncan ’59 humbucker, Godin Custom Cajun single-coil and H.D.R. circuit makes it especially versatile for clean tones, blues, rock, country and more modern styles.
