WORKING CONDITION: Very Good. The keys all work properly and feel very good. All of the tonal options are available and sound great. This is a fine example of a 70's Italian string synth.PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good. The top cover and handle are missing, fader caps are missing on two faders, but all of the faders and buttons look sharp. The metal panel on the power section is oxidized. The wooden case and metal chassis are also very well-preserved. The Crumar Orchestrator (known as the Multiman-S in Europe) is a vintage paraphonic analog synthesizer released in 1977 by the Italian company Crumar. It is highly regarded as a "multi-instrument" string machine, famous for its lush, "Solina-esque" strings and a powerful brass section featuring a Moog-style "lawsuit" ladder filter SPECS: Fully Polyphonic Sound Sections: The keyboard is split into two halves (upper and lower) with five basic instrument voices: Brass, Piano, Clavichord, Cello, and Violin. Layering and Splitting: You can mix all five sounds simultaneously by adjusting individual volume sliders for each hand, allowing for complex orchestral textures. "Lawsuit" Filter: The brass section features a resonant 24dB/octave low-pass filter (often called a ladder filter) that provides majestic, "fat" filter sweeps.
