The 1968 Les Paul Custom Historic Reissue faithfully recreates the return of Gibson's legendary Les Paul Custom, combining vintage-inspired construction with the exceptional craftsmanship of the Gibson Custom Shop. With its elegant appointments, ebony finish, and unmistakable sustain, this Historic Reissue captures everything that has made the '68 Les Paul Custom one of the most sought-after models in Gibson's lineup.

Built with a solid Mahogany body, carved Maple top, Mahogany neck, and Ebony fingerboard, this Les Paul delivers incredible sustain, rich harmonic content, and outstanding articulation. This example has been thoughtfully upgraded with a premium pair of Wolftone humbuckers, featuring a Dr. Vintage in the neck and a Marshallhead in the bridge. Combined with the upgraded aftermarket wiring harness, these boutique pickups provide exceptional vintage-inspired clarity, dynamic response, and powerful PAF-style tones that excel in everything from blues and classic rock to heavier applications.

Additional upgrades include Grover locking tuners for enhanced tuning stability, making this a true player's Custom Shop Les Paul while retaining its classic Historic appearance. Condition: 9.4/10 - Excellent. Shows medium pickguard scratches from normal play, light aging to the finish and hardware, and light buckle rash on the back. Overall, this is a very clean and well-maintained Historic Reissue with tasteful, high-quality performance upgrades.
