The SJ-200 Studio inherits Gibsonfs iconic Super Jumbo style while enhancing practicality. This 2021 model features rosewood sides and back, offering not only the rich low end and spacious sound characteristic of a Jumbo but also a deep, harmonically rich tone. Combining a robust resonance with excellent responsiveness, it delivers a tone with real presence whether played with a pick or by fingerpicking.

The gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish lends the guitar a luxurious appearance while also providing excellent attack and sustain. It is characterized by a more expansive and lustrous resonance distinct from a satin finish.

It features a dual pickup system combining a piezo and a microphone, allowing for intuitive tone shaping via the three controls located inside the soundhole. Even when connected to a line output, it reproduces a natural sound with a sense of airiness, making it an immediately effective tool for both live performances and recording.

While incorporating traditional design elements such as the mustache bridge and crown inlays, the finish is player-oriented, avoiding excessive ornamentation. This is a highly refined Super Jumbo model that strikes an excellent balance between sound, appearance, and practicality.
