Up for sale, a 2000 Vox AC30/6 TBX tube amplifier in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the chrome amp stand and "egg" footswitch. One of the most gigworthy and faithfully designed AC30 reissues ever produced, this amp is a genuine UK-made product, made during the "Korg era," when both Vox and Marshall had the same UK ownership. A six input, three channel design just like the iconic AC30s made by JMI in the early '60s, this Top Boost equipped model features a pair of Celestion Greenback speakers. Perfect for replicating the touch-sensitive, glassy cleans and overdriven sizzle and roar of the quad of EL84 power tubes, these speakers have ideal wattage handling and power for a dynamic, rich response.

The amp boasts individual Volume controls for each of the three channels, as well as Vox's signature "Tone Cut" treble roll off knob, with Treble and Bass controls that comprise the Top Boost portion of the circuit. Round things out with Vox's distinct footswitchable tremolo/vibrato effect and you have an amp that truly has a feel, response, and layout consistent with Vox's golden-era AC30 design. The circuit itself is very clean and original, and all of the Dagnall transformers are intact. Tubes include a quartet of EL84s, a GZ34 rectifier, and 12AX7s in the preamp.

The amp retains its original black basketweave tolex with gold piping and brown lattice grillcloth. Wear is largely limited to a couple strips of missing tolex on one side of the enclosure, while the grillcloth is notably clean. The amp retains all of its two-pin plastic corners as well as the original trio of handles, Vox logo, and black chicken head knobs on the clean candy faceplate. The original back plate noting the amp's UK construction is also present, and the serial number dates production to 2000.

The amp comes complete with its grey hammerite "egg" footswitch to engage the Tremolo/Vibrato and a rare chrome Vox amp stand with built-in casters.
