For sale is a patent-stamped pickup from the late 1970s. Based on the white plastic spacers, I believe it to be an early TIM SHAW pickup, but without the black ink stamps on the bottom (or perhaps they were there and faded over time?). Note the correct Polysol wire, but with some leads with orange sheathing (perhaps a prototype?). I doubt it has been rewound because the black paper tape glows correctly under blacklight.
The output reads 7.5 kOhms on my FLUKE tester, and the cable is approximately 32 cm long.
