This Maxon analog delay, released in the 1990s, boasts a maximum delay time of 600 msec and is now a discontinued model!

This is a later model featuring a combination of four Panasonic BBD MN3008 chips (2048 stages each) and two MN3101 clock drivers. Compared to the earlier model, which had a simple and soft echo sound, the later model has a stronger and more solid echo. Increasing the REPEAT and D-LEVEL settings allows for powerful oscillation. It delivers a pleasantly warm, analog sound.
