The Suiko ST-50, released in Japan in the 1980s, is a fantastic little synthesizer that was designed to be an accompaniment to traditional Japanese poetry-reading, as a training instrument that would stand in place of a koto, a traditional Japanese instrument.
There is a switch to change between Western tuning and Just Intonation (traditional Japanese tuning). There are also controls for pitch shifting, transposing, and sample repetition speed. Overall it’s a really cool vintage synth that would be well at home in modern vaporwave, hip hop, or experimental electronic music.
This product will show slight signs of wear, and has fully tested.
I have posted as many photos as possible, so please check them for details.
Comes with power supply (110v / US outlet plug).
