# Ibanez PGM100 JB Blue – Early Production Model – Original Owner – Made in Japan

For sale is my Ibanez PGM100 JB in Blue, one of the earliest Paul Gilbert signature models produced by Fujigen in Japan.

I am the original owner and purchased this guitar new in February 1990, shortly after the PGM100 was first released. It has remained in my collection for over 36 years.

This guitar features the classic PGM styling with fluorescent pink/orange appointments, shark tooth inlays, HSH pickup configuration, and the original Edge tremolo system.

The original pickups remain installed and have never been replaced.

The guitar is fully functional and plays well. Electronics operate properly, and all pickup selections produce output as expected.

Modifications

The original strap buttons have been replaced with Schaller-style locking strap buttons.

The original factory strap buttons are not included.

Cosmetically, the guitar shows significant signs of use accumulated over its 36-year history. The most notable damage is a large finish crack and paint loss on the rear lower body edge. There are also additional chips, dents, scratches, and finish wear throughout the instrument. Please review all photos carefully for a complete assessment of the condition.

This is not a collector-grade example, but it is an authentic early-production PGM100 with excellent playability and strong vintage appeal.
