A rare 1937 Super 400 “Pre-War” model, believed to be blond in color and refinished.
Original hinged tailpiece.
The tuners show signs of having been replaced from the original Grover Imperials.
A strap pin has been added to the neck heel.
There are signs of repair on the top, extending from below the F-hole to the end, but the finish is exceptionally clean.
Refret and re-nut work have been completed.
The neck is in good condition and plays very well.
Comes with a brown hard case, believed to be made by Gaib.
