Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 1997 Gibson Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar finished in Heritage Cherry Sunburst. This classic late-’90s example from Gibson captures the timeless Les Paul formula with thick sustain, rich midrange punch, and unmistakable vintage-inspired tone.

Built with a mahogany body and carved maple top, this Les Paul Standard delivers warm lows, singing sustain, and articulate highs that make it equally at home in rock, blues, hard rock, and classic lead work. The Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish showcases the maple top beautifully while maintaining the iconic Gibson aesthetic players continue to chase.

This guitar has upgraded locking strap buttons installed, and the neck pickup potentiometer has been replaced with a new capacitor. Otherwise, it remains largely original and comes complete with its Hardshell Case (HSC).

Condition is rated at 9.2/10 – Very Good. It shows typical cosmetic wear for its age including medium buckle rash, a few small dings on the neck, several edge dings around the body, light finish checking on the lower horn, and light separation on the treble-side headstock wing. Overall, it remains structurally solid and a strong-playing late-’90s Les Paul.
