Here we have one of the coolest, and hardest to find Stratocaster reissues from Fender Japan. This is a Fujigen made 1965 reissue Stratocaster, in a lush Ice Blue metallic. While the mid 1960s Stratocaster specs are well celebrated, this era of Strat rarely gets reissue in comparison to the early 1960s. The tone woods include an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and a dark rosewood fretboard. The guitar is equipped with a set of USA Texas Special single coil pickups and the ice blue finish has aged very nicely from over time!

This guitar is in nice shape for being over 30 years old! It shows normal cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings on the headstock. The ice blue finish has aged, displaying a greenish tint from over time. and the hardware also shows consistent patina. The frets are still in nice shape with plenty of life and the electronics work as they should. This guitar has been set up with D'Addario EXL110 .010-.046 gauge strings. 

This guitar is all original.
