This Electro Harmonix Micro Synthesizer was made in the USA in 1980. The pedal appears to be an early 2nd generation version of this Micro Synth but with a slightly different graphic that you usually see. The pedal has the hard wired power cable, on/off switch with LED light and Square Wave slider instead of the earlier "Distortion" slider but the graphic is different than other 2nd generation versions we've seen.
