The Embered range is Weapons Grade Guitars’ upcycled line, built around a simple mission: to rescue guitars destined for the scrap heap and reignite their potential. Each instrument is hand-picked, fully overhauled, and reborn with a bold new identity.
We take discarded or forgotten guitars and completely rework them — repairing, refining, and transforming them into unique, high-performance instruments. Every Embered guitar undergoes a striking process where the body is carefully burned to create a one-of-a-kind charred aesthetic. This raw texture is then sealed in satin epoxy, preserving the scorched beauty for good.
Behind the scenes, we upgrade the electronics, perform precision fretwork, craft new nuts, and complete a full professional setup. Some Embered guitars even receive custom-made necks, built in-house to our exacting standards. We also install our own hand-selected pickups, giving each instrument a fresh voice that’s as distinctive as its look.
