Personal Thoughts:
These Historic Les Paul Specials are brilliant guitars when they are done right, and this is a very cool colour for one. The Inverness Green finish gives it a much more unusual and custom feel than the usual TV Yellow or White route, but it still works because the rest of the spec stays true to what makes these so appealing in the first place. A solid mahogany body, slim '60s neck, rosewood board and twin soapbar P-90s is such a strong recipe. It keeps that direct, punchy, raw midrange Les Paul Special sound, but with a slightly faster and sleeker feel than the chunkier earlier-neck versions. I also think these single cut Specials always have a bit more visual attitude than people expect, and in this finish it becomes an even more standout Custom Shop piece.

Condition Report:
Very good condition. There are 2 small impressions to the side bout, but nothing major. Overall it presents very well and remains a very tidy example.
