Inspired by the famous George Harrison rosewood Telecaster from the late 1960's, the TL69-98 was made by the Fujigen factory in 1985 and is one of Fender Japan's most iconic reissue models. Chambered rosewood body with a maple pancake layer in the middle with a solid rosewood neck and fingerboard (42mm nut width, 7.25" radius), it weighs a very reasonable 4kg's. Appears to be close to all original with a six-saddle bridge, Fender USA pickups and Gotoh tuners.
Well loved condition as pictured with plenty of cosmetic wear from general use but no breaks, repairs or structural issues. Given a full professional service prior to listing, the frets have some light wear but still play smooth and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss.
