Fresh from the Fender Custom Shop, this stunning WR25 1963 Telecaster Journeyman Relic in Tahitian Coral is a knockout—built in 2025 and dripping with that perfect broken-in vibe right out of the case with the Journeyman Relic. The lacquer finish nails that sweet spot: just enough authentic relic to look like a true, kept-under-the-bed vintage, without sacrificing any of the crisp, lively feel you want from a new axe.

The body is a lightweight 2-piece alder (sorted for tone and comfort), rocking a quartersawn maple neck carved to the classic '63 Strat "C" back-shape—smooth, fast, and substantial in the hand without being a boat paddle. Topped with a gorgeous 3A rosewood slab fingerboard (rich grain, killer look), it features clay dot inlays, black micarta side markers, 21 vintage upgrade narrow tall frets (6105-style), and a 9.5" radius for effortless bends and chording up and down the neck. Scale length is the timeless 25.5".

Loaded with a set of Custom Shop hand-wound Twisted Tele pickups that deliver all the snap, twang, and growl you expect from a killer '63 Tele—punchy bridge bite, sweet neck warmth, and everything in between. The wiring is pure '63 Telecaster spec with modern upgrades: 1 volume, 1 tone (Greasebucket circuit for that clear treble roll-off), and a 3-way blade switch—keeps the tone alive no matter how you roll it back.

Hardware is spot-on relic'd nickel/chrome: aged Fender vintage-style tuning machines with oval heads, bone nut, 3-saddle American Vintage strings-through-body Tele bridge with threaded steel barrel saddles for that classic clank and sustain, chrome knurled dome knobs, and a 4-ply brown shell pickguard that ties the whole look together perfectly.

Weighs in light and resonant (typical Custom Shop lightweight alder goodness), plays like a dream straight out of the hardshell, and comes complete with the original deluxe hardshell case, strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.
