Remo - 3.5x13" Master-Touch Brass Piccolo Snare 1990's - Brass Wrap (JL Rm #6)
Remo MasterTouch 3.5x13 “Brass” wrapped piccolo snare. This is a classic late-MasterTouch-era drum built around Remo's Acousticon SE shell. The shell is made up of spun wood fibers impregnated with a resin compound for strength, it's a patented process and all Mastertouch drums are USA made. The tone is akin to birch shelled drums.
It has a tight diameter, shallow depth, and an 8-lug layout that has a quick, high-pitched pop with minimal sustain.
The drum is in excellent condition with only slight cosmetic wear. Nothing broken, altered, missing or damaged.
