Up for sale is a well worn 1890s / 1900s George Washburn New Model in natural. This instrument features a 12 fret body design, 12.5" lower bout, 24 1/14 scale length, 1 13/16 nut width, spruce top w/ rosewood back and sides and a pronounced V shaped neck profile. The bridge has been replaced and the guitar has a plethora of repaired cracks and the finish looks like it was oversprayed at some point. We believe the neck has been reset at some point in the guitar's life. Overall this one plays well with medium action and is a lovely couch guitar. Comes complete with a gig bag.
Weight: 2lbs. 10oz.
