For sale is a genuine MXR Distortion+ USA reissue from 1993, an early Dunlop-era production with the desirable LM741CM op-amp.
This is a classic Distortion+ circuit with the added practicality of a DC power input and LED indicator, while still retaining the raw, aggressive vintage voicing the model is famous for.
Internally dated with original “MECH. INSP. 4-27-93” inspection sticker, confirming early 1990s USA manufacture.
These early USA reissues are highly regarded and becoming increasingly hard to find.
