Vintage DBX 160 XT, in excellent, used condition with minor marks. Perfect working condition, 0 issues 100% certified. Recently sent in for a routine service in early 2024.

The 160X is probably the best-known of the classic dbx 160 compressors; the first of the 1U rack models. It was superseded by this one - the 160XT - which sounds identical, and purely added balanced XLR connection options (unlike the X which is unbalanced only)! It's super simple and easy to use with only 3 settings. Excellent on drums and bass, but has a lot of wide use cases with a giant range of compression settings. You can even push it all the way up into negative compression ratios for super interesting results! Another great feature is the 'over easy' switch which softens the knee. It’s incredibly underrated, especially for the price.

One thing to note, like most of these out there, this one is a 115V model - so if you live somewhere with 240v power you will need a step down transformer.

Selling as I already have another and found I wasn't using two at the same time enough to justify owning both.
