Up for sale, a 2004 Rickenbacker Prototype 325C58 “Blue Boy” in near-mint condition, complete with the original hardshell case. An extremely unique Rickenbacker model, this custom color Blue Boy F hole model is from a storied run of 12 prototypes made from C series test bodies, commissioned by a primary player on the team that developed the C series guitars and identifiable by the "NT" markings inside the control cavity (this is 11 of 12).
A short scale Rickenbacker that truly captures the classic jangle and percussive rhythm familiar to any Beatles fan, the 325C58 features a semi-hollow alder body that has a distinctive natural acoustic resonance. The scatterwound Toaster Top pickups offer distinct flavors in each pickup position, and this Ric has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with fresh 12-52 roundwound strings, low action and accurate intonation.

- Plastics: One-ply gold plexi pickguard, oven knobs
- Serialization: HA-prefix (Rick-o-Sound jack plate, replaced)
- Factory Markings: "NT" and "#11" in control cavity
The original Toaster Top pickups are wired to a brand new harness with 500k pots, and Rickenbacker’s factory markings are retained in the control cavity. The Blue Boy gloss finish shows sparingly little wear.
The original silver Rickenbacker hardshell case is included.
