This is a Selmer Super Balanced Action SBA / transitional mark VI tenor 546xx tenor saxophone from 1954. Euro assembled and engraved in very good condition. The neck, left hand pinky and the thumb rests are mkvi-style.
The saxophone is in perfect playing condition and this needs nothing. Original lacquer. There is a resolder on the low C key guard and a tiny ding near the bottom bow. See photos. Neck is in perfect shape.
This horn plays amazing with the great SBA soul and fast mark vi action with great ergonomic. Outstanding projection and you get a very good feel about the sound production so close to you.
