Here is an Exar FL-04 Flanger. These are popular in the EU (made in Poland) but relatively unknown in N America. Exar pedals are hand-built and very high quality. Heavy metal housings. This one is in excellent shape and comes with the original box and papers. Runs off of standard 9v (not included).
The FL-04 is one of today's most popular effects. The flanging effect is produced by varying the delay between 2 identical signals, thus producing a complex varying "Comb Filter" effect. The adjustment possibilities allow a wide variety of modulation-effects from rich chorusing to shimmering space effects.
Rate
