AKG made the SA18/3 and SA18/3B to keep the C414EB, C414E, C414, C414B-ULS, etc. aloft. However, the internal plastic was prone to breakage, and there's no modern replacement. Some people have taken to using rubber tape, but that can leave sticky residue on the mic.

As you can tell in the video, i took great care to make sure these are durable yet flexible, and fit the mic and clip properly.

I was lucky enough to find an intact one and made a 3D model of the part. When you order, I will 3D print your piece out of PLA (a renewable biomass plastic) and ship it to you. I can print these in multiple colors, depending on what I have, but the standard will be BLACK. If you want a different color, please DM me after purchase.
