The Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 is an extremely capable USB audio interface, designed for complex project studio setups. It features 18 inputs and 20 outputs, providing extensive connectivity with eight mic preamps, line inputs, ADAT, SPDIF, and MIDI I/O, making it suitable for tracking multiple instruments and integrating hardware.
The preamps are equipped with 69dB of gain, along with Auto Gain and Clip Safe features that automatically optimise levels which allows you to focus on recording without worrying about distortion or clipping. Air mode adds additional character to your recordings by emulating the sound of vintage studio consoles.
