The DS Custom Ovrdrvr is a faithful recreation of the legendary Colorsound Overdriver, the classic British overdrive/boost pedal that became a secret weapon for countless guitarists in the early ’70s. Known for its dynamic response and wide tonal range, the Overdriver could move seamlessly from sparkling clean boost to gritty overdrive and full-on fuzz-like saturation.
The DS Custom Ovrdrvr captures all the nuance and power of the original circuit, delivering touch-sensitive drive that responds beautifully to your playing and guitar volume. From glassy treble boost to rich, harmonically complex overdrive, it’s equally at home pushing a clean amp into breakup or adding character to an already cooking stack.
Features:
- Faithful clone of the vintage Colorsound Overdriver
- Classic tones from clean boost to aggressive overdrive
- Exceptionally dynamic and responsive to guitar volume/touch
- True bypass switching
- Rugged boutique-quality construction with premium components
Whether you want to channel the legendary tones of Gilmour, Jeff Beck, or your own signature voice, the DS Custom Ovrdrvr brings back the Colorsound magic in a modern, pedalboard-ready format.
