The guitar is in mint condition it has been played 3 times and then I put it in its case. I've never done a concert with it and really it has never left my home, so it's like you'd buy it from a store. It's very resonant and plays like a dream, also the case is in excellent condition; all the hardware is the original one with no modifications at all.
