The hardware is virtually factory fresh. The earpieces and the rugged OLED charging case have only been brought back up to a full charge one single time since purchase.
​Hygiene & Inventory Transparency
As a working audio engineer, I take in-ear sanitation incredibly seriously.
- ​Brand-new, untouched clear silicone tips are currently installed on the earpieces.
- ​The single pair of tips that I used for those two test runs has been thoroughly sterilized and isolated in a separate bag.
- ​Note on accessories: This kit includes the water-resistant charging case with the built-in OLED state-of-charge display, the magnetic safety neck lanyard, the filter tool, and the charging cable. It is missing one single cylindrical foam eartip from the top left compartment of the case, which appears to have been left out of the package from the factory.
