The ESP Horizon FR CTM delivers a fast, responsive neck feel paired with a Floyd Rose Original bridge that rewards precise technique and expressive playing. This set-thru design combines a Honduras mahogany body with a stunning burled maple top finished in See Thru Black Burst, creating an instrument that performs as beautifully as it looks. Built by ESP's Custom Shop luthiers in Japan, every component—from the ebony fretboard to the Gotoh locking tuners—is engineered for professional-level reliability and tone.

Playability & Construction

The 25.5" scale with a 3-piece maple neck and ebony fretboard provides excellent stability and sustain, while the thin U neck contour and 24 extra-jumbo frets enable fast position shifts and comfortable lead work. A 305mm radius and 42mm nut width strike the right balance between comfort and control for both rhythm and soloing applications.

Tone & Electronics

Dual Seymour Duncan Custom Shop pickups—a '59/Jazz Hybrid at the neck and a '59/JB Hybrid Trembucker at the bridge—deliver articulate mids, tight lows, and aggressive high-end bite. The push/pull tone control enables coil-splitting for enhanced tonal range, while the passive electronics layout keeps the signal path transparent and responsive.
