Sonor 20/12/13/16" Early 80's Phonic Drum Set - Red Mahogany Veneer

Here's a very clean set of Sonor Phonics from 1981-1982! Finished in Red Mahogany veneer, this set is sized 14x20", 8x12", 9x13", and 16x16". There are some light, sparsely located cosmetic marks in the surface of the finish, but it is overall much cleaner than other wood veneered sets of its age we've seen. The chrome is nicely polished, but has bubbled in some areas and flaked off of two lugs on the bottom of the bass drum. The bass drum hoop's chrome is in very good shape with no bubbling or flaking. All of its bearing edges and interiors are in superb condition, with smoothly functional tone controls and tuning across the set. These Phonics are all original excepting some heads - an excellent sounding set! Lightly used Evans clear EC2's over G1's on toms, Remo clear PS3 bass drum batter, original Sonor resonant side.
