This version after the new capsule has been installed is no longer the DD300. It is something else but not entirely.

This microphone is not original but by using the inner original assembly and choosing a perfectly fitting capsule the concept of a floating centered acoustic body was preserved, this corrects integration helps the inner acoustics to be closer in many ways to what the original design had.

It is a cool professional instrument mic. a renewed cardioid workhorse allrounder for instruments such as percussion or guitars
