Purity Ukulele began making instruments in 2007 and is currently based in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Combining Japanese craftsmanship with the Hawaiian-born ukulele, the brand focuses on easy playability and clear, beautiful tone while incorporating unique features such as Spanish-style construction and a zero fret.

This is a used S-028, a simple soprano model featuring Hawaiian Koa throughout the body.

The clear, crystalline tone and light, responsive sound are among its most appealing qualities. Despite its small body, it produces a surprisingly spacious sound, with articulate highs and pleasantly rounded mid and low frequencies.

There are some small scratches throughout the instrument, but the neck is in good condition and it is very easy to play.

This handmade Japanese ukulele is suitable for a wide range of applications, from accompaniment to solo playing.
