Corder - 5x14" Custom Chrome Over Wood 20-Lug Snare Drum 1970s–1980s - Chrome Over Wood
The Corder Drum Company was created in 1979 following his purchase of the Fibes Drums Company from its then-owner, the C. F. Martin & Company. Corder became known for producing high-quality custom instruments. Corder Drum manufactured a line of wood shell drums using Fibes lugs, strainers and hoops until 1990, when they were acquired by Darwin Drums. Four years later, Darwin sold the company to Tommy Robertson, who brought back the Fibes Drum Company name.
The drum is in excellent condition. The chrome shows light cosmetic wear from normal use. Hardware is complete and functions properly. Original Corder logo heads top and bottom.
