*As this is a used/vintage instrument, the following notes reflect what our inspection found; thank you for your understanding in advance.
-There is glue repair where the binding meets the body on the top and back.
-A slight step can be seen between the binding and the wood on the upper bout's left waist, but it has been glue-repaired, so there's no need for concern.

-Action at the 12th fret: 2.1mm on the 4th string side, 1.6mm on the 1st string side
-Saddle projection: approx. 0.5-1.0mm
-No buzzing or dead notes; playing condition is good.
