L.Luthier is an up-and-coming Asian guitar brand founded in Malaysia in 2009 by Adwin Lai. Adwin began playing guitar and composing in his teens, majored in guitar and vocal music at university, and has released singles, demonstrating his knowledge as a musician. For over 10 years since its founding, L.Luthier has consistently operated under the slogan "Never perfect, always better," based on the belief that perfection is not the answer, but only continuous improvement. The instruments, born from unique insights, are reflected not only in their internal structure but also in their highly original designs. This instrument is the concert-sized Le Light Koa. Like the LE series of guitars, it features a unique soundhole configuration. Two holes located on the upper part of the bass side of the top and a sound port mounted on the side provide high sensitivity during rehearsals or performances, primarily for the purpose of allowing the performer to monitor their own sound. A distinctive feature is the separation of the sound the performer hears from the sound delivered to the audience. This guitar features an all-koa body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, rosewood bridge with maple line design, open gold geared tuners, a gently rounded Venetian cutaway, figured maple binding, and red-colored wood line trim, adding a modern design accent. It boasts a lustrous, sweet sound characteristic of koa, offering both volume and responsiveness to delicate touches. A convenient original gig case is included.
