Five seconds of this rocker's guitar playing hit your ears and even the smell of sweet tea Deep Eddy and urinal cakes in the air can't save you from dropping your paper boat of free popcorn at Coconut Cove. Who could it be other than famous local tone-oisseur Roderick James Bartlett? Count your lucky stars if you ever got to see "Rod Bartchetta: A One Man Tribute To 80's Rush." I got this guitar off him shortly after the band broke up -- that is to say, after Rod quit playing to finish his PhD. Once he became a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, he gave up guitar entirely and focused what little spare time he had on singing. We're all still waiting for the long-talked about debut of "Roddy James, D.O.: An Acapella Tribute to Dio" but in the meantime you can own his old faithful steed and set your sights for magic.
