D-Lab Vintage Class A 6V6 GE 1934 Tombstone tube guitar amp
READ NOTE at End of listing!
The amp started its life as a GE Tombstone radio from 1934. I acquired it, added a Hammond aluminum chassis to house a 3 watt Class A amplifier. Top quality components were utilized. Great amp for your recording studio.
4 Tube Line-up: 6X5 rectifier, 6V6 (out), 12AX7 and 6AV6 Tremolo oscillator
The amplifier is hand built utilizing a D-lab eyelet ECBA board.
Output transformer is a Classic Tone 4 Ohm secondary
HV running at 275vdc! No bias adjustment. Cathode resistor sets current
One of my best creations. Plus, ONE of a KIND
Controls: Volume, Tone, Depth, Speed. Switch on Depth control to enable this function.
The cab has lots of character. Original finish & 50's bakelite knobs
Cab does have cosmetic flaws due to its many years of service. Not refinished, Lots of Mojo
8" Speaker, 4 Ohm, Can unplug for external speaker use
Dimensions approx 13w x 15h x 8d", weight approx 10Lbs
Top quality components were utilized, No substandard overseas components.
I have numerous hours + obviously a substantial $$ investment.
Local pick up is fine
This is my labor of love & something to leave behind for 30 years once D-lab has turned to dust. Cool thing is these vintage amps live ON!

NOTE: Most all of the components used for this build were vintage, Power, output tranny/Tubes/Cabinet, etc. Therefore, it is difficult to offer it with a guarantee. Make sure you know how to maintain your vintage amps before deciding to purchase. Also as a word of caution. The back on this device is open, Tubes are hot! Could be a possible shock hazard if not paid attention to. Keep out of the reach of kids! Be very careful when handling. This is not your typical amp.
