This is a 1988 Dobro Model 90 Duolian Bottleneck resonator guitar. This guitar is in fantastic condition, and is a really cool, original, example of a vintage Dobro resonator. There is some play wear, which is to be expected. There are just a few various dings and nicks in and around the neck; this corresponds with typical use, and doesn't indicate any kind of abuse. There is a really cool island motif etched into the back of the body, with some cloud designs on the front. This is a round neck resonator, currently set up in standard tuning, but also sounds phenomenal in open tunings. Other features include a rosewood fingerboard, mahogany neck, dot inlays, and sealed die cast tuning machines. The body is chrome-plated bell brass, with a 9.5 inch resonator cone and biscuit bridge. These resonators are constructed well, sound fantastic, and this one is priced to move! Don't miss out on this sweet deal for an authentic vintage instrument. This listing does include the hardshell case pictured. The case is a generic hardshell case that is in proper working condition, and will protect the guitar more thoroughly during the shipping and handling process.
