About This Listing

This is a great old 60's era Conn euphonium  in good playable condition with the original hardshell case that's also in great shape for its' age. The horn has some minor dents in a few of those places where it always happens but none that would effect the tone or playing. The finish is original and does show its' age. Two of the tubing supports have been re-attached with epoxy. My horn tech said they were solid and that trying to remove them to be re-soldered might cause more damage. The valves were cleaned and polished and a few corks and springs on water valves were replaced. All slides function as they should. This is an easy playing, well balanced and great sounding instrument that's ready for another 50 years of playing and will surely increase in value if well kept. It ships in the original case which is in great shape inside and out. Very clean inside with all latches and hinges in good working condition. Why settle for an import when you can own a piece of American musical history. Thanks for looking..............
