With all files being text files, patches can be shared with ease - making the JD-Xi a collaborative tool. 

This software is a patch editor and librarian to be used with the Roland JD-Xi synthesizer exclusively. It will allow most of its system exclusive midi messages to be manipulated in user friendly way. Edit all synthesizers (digital and analog) as well as the drum kit partials. Patches may be saved as files and loaded later. All files are text files which store the midi messages in ascii hex format. One message per line. This makes it easy to share patches.

• Fully scalable user interface.
• This editor will only modify the temporary memory of the JD-Xi. To permanently save patches you must press the [Shift][Write] keys on the JD-Xi or save them to a file.

Installation Instructions

1. Click on the App Store link - emailed to you via Reverb SYNC. 
   
2. Once in the App Store, click "Get," and then "Install App."
   
3. After a few moments, okJDXiEditor will be installed and ready to use!
