Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Most new items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We simply ask that items are returned in their original condition.
New items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if:

Most used, vintage, demo & b-stock items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a store credit only.

We reserve the right to periodically review customer accounts. If it is determined that a high percentage of returns exist on the order history, a restocking fee maybe assessed on any refund request.

Examples of non-returnable items are: guitar & bass strings, analog tape & cassettes, drum heads, drum sticks, consumable items, cleaning products, software, all forms of media (books, tapes, CDs/DVDs, etc), DIY kits/electronics, special order items, headphones / earbuds, microphones, as well as other items designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears.
Please Note: Returns must be received within the return eligibility period to be accepted and processed. Returns will only be accepted with an approved return authorization.
We typically process all refunds within 48 hours of the return being received. Credit card refunds take 2-4 business days to post to your account, but could vary based upon your bank's processing times.
