Shipping Policy
The Guitar Store has over 20 years of professional experience in shipping musical equipment. Each and every order is packed with the customer in mind. We ship all orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx after payment has cleared. If you will not be home during normal delivery hours, we do recommend that you have it sent to your place of work or another safe address. We require signatures on all overs over $250 unless otherwise discussed via Reverb Messages and handled before checkout. Our time is valuable andd there will be an extra charge of $50 to buyers who are unable to be available for signature deliveries resulting in a return to sender. We can not change your address after the sale. Reverb does not allow this. All orders are packed in a professional manner by our experienced staff. Tracking numbers will be provided and automatically uploaded within this timeframe. We are not responsible for any import tariffs or duty fees that may be imposed. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the amount we spend on shipping the product to you. If you have any special shipping needs please ask before you purchase.
2 Day listing shippers! This is a feature that means two days will be the best scenario. Note that holidays and weekends are not business days and are not included in this two day option. Holiday weeks around Christmas and New Years will be strange so if you really believe in 2 day shipping you better call us before you order as these weeks are exempt from normal policy. We are not charging any extra for the faster shipments though we do pay more to send your item this way. We are not responsible for any delays after your item has left our store. Snowstorms, hurricanes, "acts of God" or confusion at your delivery location may occur. You need to mellow out if this freaks you out to the point it ruins your day.
International Buyers! Take note that we will only be able to track your order to the point it leaves the United States. Once it leaves the our store and is in the possession of the USPS or other designated shipper we will not be responsible for delivery. Please understand the risk once it enters your country will be yours.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of at least 10% plus shipping (both directions).
Note while guitars will leave the shop at factory spec or set up as requested. You should expect though that all guitars will move during shipping and you will want to be prepared to set up to your desired playing taste when it arrives at your location. This is the buyers responsibility.
International (Non USA) Buyers! Please understand that we will ship via USPS to your country. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the order once it is accepted by the USPS. By purchasing you agree to this condition. You may experience long delays in border crossings or delivery. In the year 2020 we have noticed this has become more common. If you do not understand this please ask. If you do purchase you accept that once the item you buy leaves our store in the possession of the USPS it is now yours. There are no refunds or returns on international orders.
If you have a question on a used item please call and ask us. We changed our policy to no returns after too many people abused the right. Be cool, communicate and we can work with you. Easy. All sales on used or clearance/demo items are final! Any sales at or above 15% off are considered a clearance item and all sales will be final. We will represent them as they are. Returns are accepted within 14 days for all new goods (unless otherwise noted). Please be aware, we do not accept returns from international shipments. We only ship to the address associated with your payment account. Make sure these are the same. Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. We are not responsible for typos in listings. Our shipping costs will be deducted from any return. Before returning any item, customer must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer's expense. Returned items bought with credit card or Paypal will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee + shipping charges (both directions). Pre-orders, items with unique serial numbers such as individual guitars and special orders are non-refundable.
