The pickup is wax potted for squeal-free performance, while the oval Forbon flatwork enables it to fit into any guitar routed for single coils. Use with Vintage Staggered Strat pickups in the neck and middle positions for a Gilmour-style setup, or use an SSL-5 in the neck and the SSL-5 RWRP in the middle for a noiseless setup in the 2nd and 4th switch positions.
